HEMPEL INTRODUCES NEW BOATCARE RANGE

Hempel has launched a comprehensive range of Boatcare products for 2010 to help boat owners keep their craft ship shape.

The range includes over twenty products formulated to clean, renew and protect all parts of the boat. There is a top quality product for every job from getting the gelcoat gleaming to protecting the rigging or cleaning covers.

Hempel also produces an easy to follow Boat Cleaning Guide so customers can find out exactly the right product for the job and when they should be used.

Boatcare products are user friendly and safe and ensure the boat stays in top condition. Cleaning Gel for example is a high-strength non-abrasive cleaner to remove marks and stains on gelcoat and does not run when applied to vertical surfaces.

Clean & Shine Spray comes with its own unique hose connector making it one of the quickest and easiest ways to clean your boat. For large surfaces such as decks, Cleaning Powder is particularly effective. After cleaning, Wax & Protect liquid wax can be used on gelcoat, painted or varnished surfaces to give a glossy, tough UV protective finish. This product is also available with TecCel to give optimum protection.

For sailing craft Alu-Protect cleans and protects aluminium masts and booms, steel and stainless steel rigging and fittings. Down below, Bilge Cleaner will dissolve and emulsify oil, grease and dirt leaving the bilge looking and smelling clean and fresh. In addition to looking after hulls and decks there are also products for cleaning and protecting vinyl and textiles.  Exterior Textile Clean is a concentrated cleaner and degreaser for boat covers, sprayhoods, tarpaulins and other cotton and nylon materials. For RIBs, Rib Clean is ideal for removing dirt and revitalising RIB tubes.

The Boatcare range and other great products from Hempel will be on stand N024G at the London Boat Show, 8th -17th January 2010.
