National Boat Shows (NBS) is delighted to announce that Tullett Prebon is to continue its sponsorship of the London International Boat Show for a further three years. 

The UK-listed global inter-dealer broker (IDB), which sponsored the Show for the first time in January, has committed to being the title sponsor of the next three London Shows.  The events, from 2011 to 2013, will continue to be known as the Tullett Prebon London International Boat Show.

Andrew Williams, Managing Director of National Boat Shows said: “Tullett Prebon originally signed as title sponsor for one year however the 2010 event proved that the London Show is the ideal platform for the company to achieve its sponsorship aims.  We are therefore delighted that they have extended this title sponsorship for the next three years.  This commitment reaffirms the Show’s status as a prestigious and well-recognised event with a continuing ability to attract sponsors.”

Terry Smith, Chief Executive of Tullett Prebon comments:  “Tullett Prebon's sponsorship of this year’s boat show was a great success. It is clear the organisers have exciting plans to continue to develop the show over the next three years. We are looking forward to increasing our involvement with this annual event and in working closely with National Boat Shows and the British Marine Federation in their development of the show at ExCeL.”

One of the aims of the sponsorship going forward will be working together to help establish a successful social and business link between the Boat Show and the City.

The Tullett Prebon London International Boat Show is the UK’s leading annual exhibition showcasing the products and services of the marine industry. Held at ExCeL London, the 2010 Show, which closed on Sunday 17 January, attracted more than 500 exhibitors and featured some 1000 boats.  Over the course of 10 days, 102,655 visitors attended the Show.

The 2011 Tullett Prebon London International Boat Show will take place from 7 – 16 January.
