PSP Southampton Boat Show 2009 - Berth 166
The all new Fairline 65 is making her first UK Show debut at this year's PSP Southampton Boat Show, following her launch in May. The award winning design team has created a four en-suite cabin motor yacht that is finished to the highest standard of British craftsmanship and offers owners sophisticated, spacious living areas to relax and entertain.
Key features that set this newest Squadron apart from her competitors include the introduction of a flat-floor single level interior, which as Squadron Chief Designer Andrew Pope comments, 'Succeeds in providing an enhanced feeling of space as, when looking through the saloon, the eye sees a continuous level without any variation of floor height.'
Modern square finishes to furniture help to create a magnificent feeling of contemporary space when aboard. Plentiful storage options are harmonised within the graceful design, satisfying even the most seasoned traveller.
Understanding that owners like to offer luxury to their guests, the design team has created a forward stateroom as luxuriously appointed as the mid-ships full beam master stateroom. Light floods into this forward stateroom through a full length overhead window so the owner's guests can enjoy an airiness previously unseen in the sector. The starboard guest cabin comprises of side by side twin berths complete with en-suite shower/WC compartment, hanging locker and stowage. An optional aft cabin is also available. Large windows also allow light to flood into the aft cabin.
As with all Squadrons, the flybridge accommodation on the Squadron 65 allows owners and guests ample room to relax in comfort -either when dining at the fixed, 6-seater table or sunbathing on the plentiful lounge areas fore and aft.
The Squadron 65 is highly specified throughout and features the latest technological advancements expected as standard by modern-day boaters and their guests accustomed to luxury products.
A touch-screen console at the helm station, the Fairline Systems 'PILOT' gives the owner control and access of the boat's electrical system. This single user-interface gives a graphic interpretation of the electrical system and provides details such as battery and fuel level. It also gives the user a single point of control for all domestic electrical systems.
Buyers of the Squadron 65 will have the benefit of a personal Fairline Yacht Division representative who is based at the UK Head Office. They are at the owner's disposal at every stage of the purchase and expertly and smoothly liaise between the UK production and design team and the authorised Fairline dealer. This ensures the path to ownership is pleasurable, exciting and with an unparalleled level of service.
