ANCASTA AND BAVARIA MOTOR BOATS PART COMPANY

Ancasta International Boat Sales and Bavaria Motor Boats are to discontinue the dealership agreement for the Bavaria Motor Boat range.
 
Bavaria Motor Boats: 'no longer compatible' According to the press statement, the two companies part company on good terms after many years of a mutually beneficial trading relationship.

BB spoke to Ancasta MD Nick Griffith, who told us: 'We did as much as we could with the brand, but the lower end of the market has been punished and Bavaria was no longer compatible with our business strategy.'

We took on Bavaria on an exclusive basis, he added, and they recently appointed Clipper Marine.

Ancasta has represented Bavaria Motor Boats since their inception in 2000 and has sold over 250 new boats. Ancasta will continue to offer customer service and after sales care to all existing Bavaria Motor Boat customers.

The dealership agreement between Bavaria Yachtbau and Ancasta International Boat Sales ends on December 31, 2009.
