Premier Marinas Limited has been working hard on ways to improve benefits to customers and the most recent of initiatives to be added to the Premier Advantage is “Refer a Friend”. The latest scheme has been introduced as 96% of our customers said they would recommend Premier to a friend. As of April 1st current Berth Holders will receive £250 for introducing new 12 month berth holders who will also receive a £250 reward.
The “Refer a Friend” programme has been introduced to reward both current berth holders and their friends if they sign up to a 12 month berth in 2009. This is just another way Premier feel they can give something back and say thank you to their loyal Berth Holders.
The scheme requires interested parties to use the online booking form at www.premiermarinas.com/referafriend. Premier Berth Holders are requested to complete their and their friend’s details, Premier will then invite the “friend” to become a berth holder explaining the offer and the fact they have been recommended and if they enter into a 12 month berthing with contract both parties will receive £250.
The Berth Holder £250 reward can then be credited against any berthing or boatyard services and/or fuel purchases. Berth Holders can “refer” unlimited friends and can benefit as often as possible as long as the correct process is used and online registration completed. The referee will receive £250 off their berthing fees.
Premier has also added other benefits to their Berth Holder Premier Advantage package.
One of these is “Berthing Cover”. This an insurance product that covers the customers berthing fees in the event of accident or illness. All 12 month berth holders at Premier Marinas will be eligible for the scheme; the only requirement is that each berth holder must complete a short online registration to participate. The other recent addition to the Premier Advantage Scheme has been the inclusion of a “Sea Start” benefit where each Premier Berth Holder is provided with a personal Premier Sea Start membership card. The new benefit entitles Premier Berth Holders to a FREE Mechanical Advice Line where they can call trained, experienced marine engineers. It also means Sea Start membership fees are frozen for 3 years, where Berth Holders can call Sea Start and quote the number on the front of the card to freeze the membership fee whether already a Sea Start member or purchasing a new membership. The final part of the Sea Start benefit is a 20% discounted call out fee for non Sea Start members. If a Premier Berth Holder, not already a Sea Start member has to call for breakdown assistance they receive 20% off their call out fee (There is then a requirement to join Sea Start).
