New all British Boat manufacturer launches at the prestigious PSP Southampton Boat Show

Morgan Powerboats is one of a very few new British boat manufactures to launch in the UK in over 20 years, based in the West Country they combine the latest technology with tradition finish as is seen in their new stunning M260.

Andrew Morgan the MD and driving force behind Morgan Powerboats comes from a family of boat and classic car builders and renovators. Andrew says ‘Morgan powerboats are a small family run unit with quality at its heart, we want to be judged on our product, its quality and performance’.

Their One spec – top spec catch line captures the ethos of this company. The main differences you will notice are the ‘On the Water price’ which includes the impressive ‘as Standard’ list, commissioning and VAT. The second is the specifications themselves boasting solid oak finishes, leather trim, full cooker package the list continues... The performance and stability exceeds its 26ft with turning ability and speeds of over 43 knots (Petrol V8). With 6 main engine packages this craft will give you luxury on the inland waterways or power on the open sea. With the highly economical D3 and D4 diesels to the power charged petrol versions.

This new and exciting all British power cruiser can be seen at the PSP Southampton Boat Show 12th – 21st September 2008 stand J15.

Scott Bader, UK Sales Distribution Executive, Andy Moore commented,
‘Scott Bader has been involved with the development of the new M260 for over 3 years, and has been greatly impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of the build and finishing of this all new British Craft. ‘This brings back the best in British’ said Andy.
