Zodiac International, the world's longest established RIB and Inflatable manufacturer is announcing the new model lineup from its best-selling Medline RIB range at this year's show. New for 2009 is the Medline IV and the Medline IIC, Medline II, Medline III and Medline Sundream have been revamped resulting in a more streamlined product range for the new season.
As the latest and largest addition to the range, the Medline IV is the ultimate in inflatable luxury. Incorporating unequalled performance thanks to its deep V hull, it is at ease in all sea conditions and suited to all on-water activities.
With a completely new deck arrangement based on Zodiac's proven Pro 20 man hull, standard features include an integrated kitchenette and aft quarter including picnic table and seating for four providing the ultimate in alfresco dining. Other standard features include removable tubes for easy maintenance; front and aft sunbathing areas; an integrated 400 litre fuel tank; a wooden steering wheel; a shower kit; a stainless steel mast including towing ring and a cabin under the console. Two-tone white and grey tubes with camel upholstery and have been incorporated further improving the stylish design.
A number of major enhancements have been made to the Medline IIC, Medline II and Medline III models resulting in a completely new look for 2009. New features include new two-tone grey and white tubes with camel upholstery and a new rubstrake. Standard equipment now includes a stainless steel mast with a towing ring for watersports lovers (optional on Medline IIC) and a wooden steering wheel. Upgrades to fittings include a stainless steel console handrail and the option of having a synthetic teak deck fitted.
The Medline Sundream range has been consolidated and the Medline Sundream will now incorporate key features from the Medline Sundream Zenith.
The existing style of the Sundream, including its two tone white and blue tubes, has been retained to differentiate it from the rest of the line. New features for 2009 include a console windscreen, a larger handrail for the console. In addition a backrest cushion has been included in front of the console. A bathing ladder has also been introduced on 2009 models as well as an integrated 60 litre fuel tank.
The Medline Sundream is an ideal family craft with plenty of internal space for discovering the joys of boating. Featuring plenty of clever storage space around the deck, there is a wide choice of optional equipment that can be added progressively where budget is an issue. Performance and handling even in rough waters is excellent thanks to Zodiac's renowned deep V hull and another advantage is that it can run on relatively low power and will plane easily with four people with just a 30hp engine.
The Medline range starts at £7,566 (Medline Sundream) including VAT and customers purchasing any Zodiac RIB or Inflatable will be covered by a 5-year fabric warranty, which is valid in almost 80 countries worldwide.
