Calling all would-be designers!  Dust off your paint box and prove your arty potential in a new Design A Sail competition – a unique opportunity to see your own sail design hoisted on a fabulous Topper Topaz boat at the London International Boat Show (9-18 January 2009).

The competition, open to anyone with a creative eye, was launched this week at the PSP Southampton Boat Show which runs until Sunday 21 September 2008.  With three different categories – Under 16s, 16 years plus and a special design specific class – the competition is one for all the family, as the prize is an exciting five day RYA dinghy sailing course with Rockley Watersports.

While at the PSP Southampton Boat Show, head to the Topper stand on E14a or Rockley Watersports on A37 to pick up a design pack and materials, then get busy decorating mini sails. Alternatively, designers can submit their entries electronically on the London International Boat Show website (www.londonboatshow.com).  The deadline for submissions is 31 October 2008.
