Ben Jelf gets off to a flying start

The 2012 British RYA Circuit Powerboat Championships got underway in Oulton Broad over the Bank Holiday weekend (6/7 May) with GT15 reigning World Champion Ben Jelf (11, Maidstone) off to a flying start.

Recent testing sessions had not been going to plan for the youngster but Ben and the rest of the Jelf Racing team were determined to put the pre-season gremlins behind them. With the announcement of a new major sponsor for Ben in the form of leading World Logistic Company Peters & May Racing the young racer was ready to get back on track.
