Chris Parsonage has confirmed that he will run the final two races of the season in Dubai, with American throttleman, Billy Moore, retained to take the sticks in Negotiator following the Anglo-American pairings impressive third place in their first outing together in the Egyptian Grand Prix in Porto Marina in October.

Billy, the son of American racing legend, Bobby Moore, made his race debut in America in1994 and over the last 15 years has competed in the APBA-SBI and OSS Superboat Championships, winning the APBA-SBI title in 1996 and the OSS title in 2006.
