Alfredo Amatto and Alfredo Nuzzo - the crew of the front-running Powerboat P1 SuperSport class outfit Team Al & Al - will be on hand at this weekend’s Dubai International Boat Show in Mina Seyahi to talk about their involvement in the championship and their plans and ambitions for the 2009 season.

The pair will be on the Powerboat P1 stand at 4-6pm on Friday, March 5 and will discuss their upcoming SuperSport campaign, which has expanded to two boats for this year.

The Dubai International Boat Show is expected to attract over 800 exhibitors and representatives from the marine industry and over 27,000 visitors during its four days.

US-based hull manufacturer Cigarette will be in attendance, along with a number of Powerboat P1’s other partners and associated sponsors companies.

The event will also mark the debut appearance of Powerboat P1’s new simulator, which allows fans to take a virtual trip in an Evolution-class boat, using footage from 2008.

Representatives from Powerboat P1’s management team will also be on hand to talk to budding entrants and sponsors looking to get involved in the championship this year.
