POWERBOAT P1 PROVES A BIG HIT IN DUBAI

Powerboat P1’s new simulator ride proved a big draw as the championship headed to the Middle East for last weekend’s Dubai International Boat Show. The event, at the Dubai International Marina Club in Mina Seyahi, annually plays host to over 800 exhibitors from the marine industry and over 27,000 visitors during its five days.

Team Al & Al crew members Alfredo Nuzzo and Alfredo Amato were there to talki about the latest developments with their two-boat SuperSport team with the international TV, print and online media attending the show, while a number of offshore racers – including Class One aces Matteo Nicolini and Nicola Giorgi – also visited Powerboat P1’s stand to find out more about the championship’s plans for the coming year.

Powerboat P1’s new simulator ride made its public debut, thrilling a long queue of offshore racing enthusiasts with virtual rides in the #77 Lucas Oil and #53 Pignolo Evolution-class boats.
