Nuzzo will once again team up with throttleman Alfredo Amato as the Italian duo embark on their second season of Powerboat P1 action in the SuperSport class.

 

"First of all we wish to have a competitive season with a performing boat and enjoy ourselves. Of course my wish and my dream is to go out there and beat everyone!" says Nuzzo.

 

"Big Sergio is an experienced team now and the experience gained over the last two years has made the pilots, manager and mechanics much more confident and stronger. It is our dream to be the 2009 world champions.

 

Nuzzo also paid tribute to the entire Al & Al team who have been working on the boat around the clock in order to get it ready for the new season.

 

"The whole team are looking forward to the new season. We have been working very hard to prepare the boat and everyone in the team has paid a huge effort in order to be well-prepared at the first race in Malta."

 

The Naples-born Nuzzo stated that it is the rounds of Sweden and Turkey that he is most looking forward to. "I am sure that Turkey will be one of the best shows ever," he enthuses. "We are expecting a huge turn out from the Turkish P1 fans. Of course Italy is also in my heart. Racing in your own country is a very nice feeling."
